About Me

Meet Nandy Vides

I believe every woman deserves to feel at home in her body, free in her heart, and deeply connected to herself.

For years, I searched for healing in all the places the world told me to look—through achievement, education, movement, and constant self-improvement. What I eventually discovered was that true transformation doesn’t come from doing more. It begins when we learn to slow down, listen to our hearts, and reconnect with who we’ve always been.

That realization became the foundation of The Queen of Self Care and the Heart Liberation Method—a holistic approach that blends science, movement, nervous system regulation, yoga, breathwork, and emotional healing to help women create lasting wellness from the inside out.

This isn’t simply what I teach.

It’s how I’ve learned to live.

My Journey

In 2014, I left my home country and moved to New York City to study Fashion Design at Parsons The New School. Although I loved creativity and design, I found something that completely changed the direction of my life: yoga.

What started as a way to feel better quickly became a lifelong passion. After completing my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I realized I wanted to understand not only movement, but the incredible connection between the body, the mind, and our emotional well-being.

That curiosity led me across the world.

I lived in Australia while studying Group Fitness, traveled to India to deepen my understanding of yoga, meditation, and ancient healing traditions, and eventually settled in Miami to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science at the University of Miami.

Over the next several years, I immersed myself in the study of human movement and holistic health. I completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with a specialization in Yoga Therapy, pursued clinical studies in therapeutic yoga, and explored a wide range of practices including Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, strength training, and CrossFit.

Every experience added another piece to the puzzle.

Science taught me how the body functions.

Yoga taught me how to listen.

Breathwork taught me how to regulate.

Life taught me how to heal.

The Missing Piece

Despite years of education and certifications, I still found myself asking one question:

Why do so many women know what they should do for their health, yet still struggle to feel well?

The answer wasn’t another workout, another diet, or another certification.

It was the heart.

My own healing journey showed me that emotional pain, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and self-abandonment often sit beneath the physical symptoms so many women experience.

Healing became less about fixing my body and more about rebuilding my relationship with myself.

Everything changed from there.

Why I Created Heart Liberation

After moving to Los Angeles with my husband in 2023, I finally gave myself permission to stop waiting until I felt “ready.”

In 2024, I began guiding women through private sessions and intimate Heart Liberation circles. Watching women reconnect with themselves confirmed what I had felt all along—this was the work I was meant to do.

In 2025, I expanded that mission by sharing my teachings online through YouTube, reaching women beyond my local community.

Today, I devote my work to helping women release emotional burdens, regulate their nervous systems, support hormonal health—including conditions such as PCOS—and cultivate sustainable self-care practices that nourish every part of who they are.

My Philosophy

I don’t believe healing should feel overwhelming.

I don’t believe wellness should require perfection.

And I don’t believe women are meant to carry everything alone.

I believe every woman already has the wisdom she needs within her.

Sometimes she simply needs someone to help her remember.

If my journey has taught me anything, it’s this:

When a woman learns to care for herself with compassion instead of criticism, everything changes.

Her body changes.

Her relationships change.

Her confidence changes.

Her life changes.

That is the work I’m here to do.

And it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
